Plastic pump models for every application
From high-capacity process pumps to compact motor pumps, our range covers every pumping need for corrosive liquids. Select a model to view full specifications.

BN Series Process Pumps
Heavy-duty horizontal process pump designed for continuous industrial operation. The largest capacity in our range, compliant with ISO 2858 / ISO 5199 for corrosive and abrasive fluids up to 1,500 m³/h and 120 m head.

BT Series Vertical Sump Pumps
Vertical submersible pump with cantilever shaft for operation in sumps and pits. Handles corrosive and abrasive liquids with dry-running capability, suitable for liquids with suspended solids.

BV Series Process Pumps
Versatile horizontal process pump for medium-to-high flow applications. Robust construction for demanding chemical environments with excellent hydraulic efficiency and dry-running capability.

BV Series Vertical External Pumps
Vertical outdoor tank pump with hydrodynamic sealing, with no mechanical seal. Ideal for outdoor tank farms and high-flow applications with reliable chemical resistance.

BH Series Motor Pumps
Close-coupled monobloc pump with direct drive to standard IEC motor. Compact design for dosing, transfer and installations with limited space, built in solid thermoplastics.

BX Series Motor Pumps
Compact close-coupled centrifugal motor pump with configurable mechanical seal (SF/DE/IP/IF). Economical solution for dosing, recirculation and low-flow process skids with DIN/ANSI flange options.

BKM Series Magnetic Pumps
Sealless magnetic drive pump for leak-free operation. Essential for hazardous, toxic and high-purity pharmaceutical applications, built in solid thermoplastics for maximum chemical and environmental safety.

BHS Series Vertical Motor Pumps
Vertical monobloc motor pump that integrates motor and hydraulic body into a single compact assembly. Ideal for installations with limited horizontal space in chemical, wastewater and surface treatment applications.
Advanced thermoplastics for maximum resistance
Every TECNIUM pump is available in a wide selection of engineering plastics, each chosen for its specific chemical and thermal resistance properties.
PVDF
Fluorinated plastic with exceptional chemical resistance against virtually all inorganic acids and alkalis. Excellent abrasion resistance.
Up to 120 °C continuousPP
Excellent thermal and chemical stability. Resistant to many acidic solutions, salts and organic solvents. Highly cost-effective across multiple applications.
Up to 90 °C continuousE-CTFE
Fluorinated thermoplastic with the highest chemical resistance against acids, salts, alkalis and organic compounds. Weldable in inert atmosphere.
Up to 150 °C continuousPE (UHMW-PE)
Exceptional resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Enhanced wear properties, ideal for abrasive slurries in mining and water treatment.
Up to 80 °C continuousPVC
Pure chlorinated thermoplastic, UV-stabilised for outdoor use. High resistance to solvents, saline and organic solutions.
Up to 50 °C continuousFRP
Composite that combines high chemical resistance with excellent mechanical rigidity. Ideal for large pumps and structural components.
Up to 120 °C continuousCommon questions about TECNIUM plastic pumps
TECNIUM plastic pumps are engineered to handle a wide range of highly corrosive and aggressive chemicals, including hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), caustic soda (NaOH), nitric acid (HNO₃), hydrofluoric acid (HF), ferric chloride (FeCl₃), phosphoric acid, fluorosilicic acid and many more. Specific chemical compatibility depends on the construction material selected.
Our BN horizontal process pump reaches flows up to 1,500 m³/h and heads up to 120 metres. The BT vertical sump pump delivers up to 450 m³/h at 100 m head, while the BV vertical external pump handles up to 1,200 m³/h. The compact motor pumps (BH, BKM, BX, BHS) cover lower flow ranges for dosing and transfer applications.
Material selection depends on the chemical to be pumped, its concentration, temperature and the presence of solids. PVDF offers the widest chemical resistance up to 120 °C; PP is very cost-effective for acid solutions up to 90 °C; E-CTFE provides maximum resistance up to 150 °C; and PE is ideal for abrasive slurries. TECNIUM engineers provide free material compatibility assessments.
