They are made from fiberglass reinforced polyester and a thermoplastic lining is also available. The transmission of mechanical torque to the impeller is by metallic key and they have a large steel core surface.

TECNIUM’s direct coupling fans are made from thermoplastic or fiberglass reinforced polyester. The transmission of mechanical torque to the impeller is by metallic key and they have a large steel core surface.

TECNIUM’s plastic fans are specially designed so that every part of the fan that comes in contact with gas is made from specially selected plastic materials. Special metals are used for high speed impeller construction. Some of the materials used in the construction of our plastic fans are fiberglass polyester (GRP), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)

The inspection and maintenance of the internal elements of TECNIUM’s plastic fans require a minimal amount of work. The impeller fan can even be accessed on some models via a specially made hatch.

  • HS MODEL: This model comes with a support foot and directly coupled motor. The impeller is fastened directly to the motor shaft.
  • MS MODEL: This model comes with a frame plate and a directly coupled motor. The impeller is fastened directly to the motor shaft
  • MP MODEL: This model comes with a frame plate that matches the motor. It is driven by belts and pulleys.
  • MM MODEL: This model comes with a frame that is separate from the motor base-plate. It is also driven by belts and pulleys.
